As people know from time to time I will pop a bit of land up for discussion.

http://www.cliveemson.co.uk/listing_view.asp?Lot=129&Auc=160

I havnt looked at it in detail and there are bound to be a can of worms involved BUT
there is access to a 2k stretch of water at what appears to be a snip.
Any Cornwall rowers or people interested in rowing in Cornwall interested?
Does anyone have any background information on this piece of land.
Should British Rowing look at it???????????

So is it Colliford Lake? If so, it's very beautiful, but that's got to be the bleakest piece of water in SW England! Wouldn't want to be rowing into a headwind up on the moors!
