Hello White Sox Fans!

I've been away from the net since August (I left Chicago for Iowa
City - it's a long story).  Anyway, I've reestablished my netnews
connection and once we get this silly lockout out of the way, we
can really start rooting for the South-Siders.

I have to admit, I haven't been following the Sox closely the last
2 months.  About the last news I heard was the signing of Pudge (Fisk),
and sometime after that the signing of Dan Pasqua.  I was back in
Chicago in January (for New Year's Celebration), and drove by the
new stadium 3 times with some of my old Comisky Buddies.  The stadium
really looked like it was coming along.  I still say Save Comisky,
but it's too late for that now.  Maybe they can turn it into Condos
and draw away some of the Yuppie Cub Fans from the North Side :-)

One thing I've discovered since leaving Chicago is that Cub fans are
all over the place.  Iowa is filled with them, and I don't think it
is just because the Cubs have a AAA team in Des Moines.  Anyway, I
shall not falter - I'll be behind the Sox until they really start
fouling things up.

Go Sox!!

Yeah,  the winter has been real mild (even for Chicago) & the
stadium is starting to look real ***.

Guilty as charged.  Actuall I made a few Sox games last year, though
I made a bunch more cubbie games.

WHEN ? You mean they haven't ? Doing nothing is not screwing things
up ?
