Cleveland signed Miami restricted free agent Jamario Moon to a 2 year, $6
million offer sheet.  Miami has 7 days to match the offer.

Indiana elected not to match Toronto's 4 year, $20 million offer to
restricted free agent Jarrett Jack, thus Jack is now a member of the
Raptors.

Memphis signed 2nd round draft pick (#2) Hasheem Thabeet to a 2 year,
$9,252,120 contract with 2 more years worth $11,598,903 at the team's
option.

News from July 20

TRADE: The LA Clippers traded Quentin Richardson to Minnesota for
Sebastian Telfair, Craig Smith, and Mark Madsen.

Atlanta signed 1st round draft pick (#19) Jeff Teague to a 2 year,
$2,850,720 contract with 2 more years worth $4,012,997 at the team's
option.

Chicago released Anthony Roberson.

Miami re-signed Joel Anthony to a 1 year, minimum contract.

Phoenix signed Steve Nash to a 2 year, $22 million contract extension.
