I don't think Utah ends up as a 7 and BYU as a 5.  I would at switch these
two.  They both tied for the MWC title, but Utah beat BYU twice during the
season and also has wins over Arizona State and Alabama.  That's 4 wins over
tournament or bubble teams, whereas BYU only has 1 - Arizona State.  I think
the head-to-head is really what puts Utah ahead of BYU, however.

Well, I don't know how the heck Salt Lake City ended up in
the east region, but if Stanford gets a 4 or 5 seed I look
for them to end up in Spokane.  The NCAA tries to keep the
top half dozen or so seeds in their "home" region (although
getting to Salt Lake is probably easier than Spokane). -
