Jack Morris pitched a complete game in his Tiger Stadium homecoming.
He also had seven strikeouts.

Pat Borders (after a Morgana imposter tried to kiss him) and John
Olerud each had homers and Roberto Alomar had a spectacular play at
second base.

The Jays look really good already.

Yes, but I think that it's also important to note that Morris pitched over
140 pitches on his way to the victory.  It seems like an awful lot of pitches
for an opening day game to me.
