Is Sean Berry definitely the guy at third or is it his job to possibly lose?
The versitility of Mike Lansing makes me worry about him.

                                        Thanks,

Unless Lansing can play both 2B and 3B simultaneously, I would think
that Berry has nothing to worry about.

The rumor mill has talks going on about a Magadan/Rojas trade.  Berry has
something to worry about, if only a rumor.

Given Berry's strong production last season and the premise that
Shane Andrews is only about a year away, I do not understand this
thread. Also, Montreal did just give away a pretty good 2B
in return for a talented pitcher who has only two major league
starts in his career (bad starts, too), claiming this fills the hole
in the rotation. If only the Expos had the same brainpower at the
major league level that built their farm system...

One of the few things we know for sure about the Ottawa Lynx AAA lineup is
that Shane Andrews will start at 3B. I don't think Andrews will go up to
the Expos until the fall call-ups, unless Berry really screws up. Since
they picked up Freddy Benevides as backup in the middle infield, he could
always fill in at 2B if anything happens to Berry and Lansing goes to 3B.
I have also heard the rumors about trading for another infielder, but I'm
not sure I believe them. Then again, with the Expos' front office, you
never know......
