HI rsbf'ers!  I posted a couple of weeks ago looking for a source for
MLB transaction rules...

Here's what I've found out on the Blue Book so far...

Sports Books (703-321-8660) doesn't carry it anymore.

I called the National Baseball Library at the Hall of Fame
at (607)547-7200.  They said the Blue Book was still available, but it costs
"around a couple hundred dollars".  They gave me the source below.  I tried to
call them all last week and got a ring but no answer.

Source for Blue Book:

263 W. Ave., Box 958

Well, I finally got hold of them.  The place is called "Sports Sources" (I
think).  The price is $35 (or $39 including a binder) + $5 s&h.  I went
ahead and splurged for one.  Later, Steve
