I am looking for copies of these fights. My tape with those fights on it
broke inside my VCR and I desperately want to replace them. I have a few
tapes to trade. Thanks.

When you get them, please take note of the high quality of the bell
tones and the unique sound and resonance of the 5 second warning during
the Kelley bout.  Too bad it lasted so short so that you couldn't revel
in them for a whole evening.

Regards,
Jim

Did you receive your training at The School of the Americas?  I have
figured all along that must be where bell-ringers are trained, as I have
not seen it advertised on television yet.  BTW, the woman who rang the
bell in S.J. last week must have taken 20 years of stress out of her
life the way she beat the mat for her 10-second warning before the end
of each round.  Later on, after the fights, I went over to where she had
been sitting and saw that she had taped to the canvas a picture of each
of her four ex-husbands.

Jim-
When Ted gets his tape he'll be shocked by the Quality difference
between the inferior work on the Hamed-Johnson and the outstanding
effort by the Madison Square Garden Timekeeper. Bad bell tones and
warnings can ruin a fight, but when done correctly it's Art. :-)
