The great Mosley Backlash!!!

It is unbeliavable just how fickle some boxing fans can be, the
perception of Mosley's abilities as a fighter have changed 180 degrees
from before to after January 26th 2002.

I visit over 6 boxing foruns/newsboards per day and the ammount of
horseshit as it relates to Mosley's lack of ability is nauseating.

Mosley Vs Camacho, Mosley Vs Meldrick Taylor, Mosley Vs Antonio
Margarito, Mosley Vs Mickey Mouse. Well, it really doesn't matter
whichever opponent they choose to debate because everybody is coming
from miles around to bury the Sugar Man by saying everybody and their
mothers would KO him because he has ALWAYS been extremelly overrated.

What a bunch of bullshit.

Keep your words soft and ginger because come July 20th you are all in
for an healthy dose to crow eating because Sugar shane Mosley is going
to beat Vernon Forrest if Forrest stops headbutting him like he did to
him and Frank.

And Forrest? Well, here was a guy who couldn't pitch shutouts Vs. Raul
Frank or Vince Phillips or Ray Oliveira and CLEARLY lost the 1st round
Vs Mosley as Shane was throwing more and connecting more and then he
headbuts him and people say it's just a coincidence that Mosley can't
win a stanza from then on.

Mosley will beat Forrest and I'm pretty darn sure that Forrest is not
as confident he can beat Mosley as the Mosley bashers. As evidenced by
the fact that Forrest is entering a 90 day training camp for this
rematch. He better train hard because Mosley has been hitting the gym
awfully hard since Mid-March and the word of "Mosley sightings" out of
"613 Valley Blvd" is that he isn't exactly going through the motions
either but is in fact ooking very determined.

For the guy that won the 1st fight by training for 6 weeks in Big Bear
Forrest sure seems very eager to train twice as long for a rematch
maybe because he realises without the headbut it would have been a
whole different outcome.

Barring a fluke Vernon Forrest will lose on July 20th and he more than
anybody else already suspects as much.

For once I actually agree with every word with Andre/Tom Bishop.  Scary.
Boxing fans by and large are fickle in their hero worship.  They will raise
you up on a pedestal and worship you as a god and jump on the bandwagon when
you are up and be the first to kick you when you are down.  Mosley is no
fool and I think he will comeback with a different gameplan to beat Forrest
kind of like Stevie Johnston took a lopsided loss to a fighter who was
bigger and stronger than him in the form of Caesar Bazan only to decisively
beat him in the rematch.

It better be a damn good plan.  Forrest has the clear psychological
edge over Mosley, and that could make all the difference.

Why should I? Mayweather hasn't and will not beat Castillo in 7 days
time.

Besides, with Pablo not posting anymore and Kehoe and Haught growing
bored with RSB and Gary Moser mostly lurking it's not like this
newsgroup can afford to miss my peerless, fabulous and 2 time Slammy
award winning talents.

No need to thank me, I like to give something back to the less
fortunate people.
