It would be like Leonard V Hearns 1 my favourite fight of all time.

At any weight Leornard, he was too fast for Tito and very strong also, Tito
would be no match for a prime Whitaker so at Welter, Ray would KO him

At 147 and 154, SRL by TKO.  At 160...I could envision SRL losing. Much like he
performed in his "draw" against Hearns.  Trinidad would also be vulnerable to
the big Leonard punch at 160.

SRL was beyond the day of giving constant movement and angles when he fought at
160.  It remains to be seen how Trinidad will stack up at 160, but my hunch is
that this is the best weight for him to match up against SRL.

At 147, Leonard would outbox him and possibly stop Felix, but as Felix
has gone up in weight, he has gotten better. The difference between
Trinidad's and Hearn's power is Trinidad is more accurate, throws more
punches (especially as the fight goes on), and throws SHORTER punches.
Leonard might be in a fight more than he ever has been. It is a tough
one to call at 154 and at 160, Trinidad might even be the slight
favorite.

The ridiculous aspect of this is, some, whose track record for picking the
winner of actual fights which have recently taken place, do not consider
they might be completely wrong about the possible outcome of a fight which
will never take place amongst fighters they have sometimes never seen.

It wouldn't be that close.

You are a demanding fella TSC.  You want someone on this thread to admit they
might be wrong.

You cannot be wrong about something that could not happen

This is a good one....Ray would be tooooooo fast. Tito's attack is straight
forward, he would get out boxed.

Yes.  Take Scar ( please).  Here's a guy who has seemingly been wrong about
more fights than anybody on this newsgroup.  There's no harm in that.  Thing
is, he'll argue with others to the end of the earth he's right about his
little fantasy fights.  That's what I find to be a joke.

I can see taking a rigid stand if you're arguing about whether or not Joe
Louis could have beaten Gerry Cooney, but not Hearns-Trinidad.  BTW, I'd
pick Trinidad.

Thing is, you cannot be right either.
