I was impressed and wanted to quote this.


1.To provide a health insurance plan for current boxers.

2.To provide a pension plan for current boxers.

3.To insure that proper medical attention is provided at ringside.

4.To provide death benefits for dependents should the unfortunate


5.To encourage and support a national computerized record-keeping
system for licensed boxers.

6.To eliminate the confusion and conflict between the various
sanctioning/rating organization such as the WBC, WBA, and IBF.

 7.To establish an educational scholarship program, perhaps
contractually supported.

8.To review the policy of excessive deductions from the boxers purse.

9.To eliminate coercion in the signing of multiple-option contracts.

10.To eliminate contractual obligations that are dehumanizing and

11.To establish standards for the training of judges and referees.

12.To improve gym conditions that appear to be unsanitary and

13.To encourage and support the National Association of Boxing

14.To insure that anti-boxing legislature is opposed in a timely,
logical, and factual manner.
