I just glanced at the upcoming fight schedule - the card for Dec. 13th
looks pretty good.  Which matches are you anticipating?

I think Kurt Johnson is going to take Klitchko on 12/6...  but it should be
exciting...

Nothing really. Boxing has been pretty shitty for the past few months, and
looks pretty shitty for the next few months.

I will never be Republican. I could never be as good at Golf as they are.

I think Barrera-Pacquiao on Nov 15th has the potential to be a great fight.

I think this will actually be a good fight, but I give the edge to Vitali.
Johnson is a lazy fighter and is giving up a lot of height.  He does have
fast hands, but it will be interesting to see how well he is able to put
them to use against such a tall guy.

For boxing fans the last two months of this year have some very good
boxing cards . This whole year has had some real good  exciting matchups.

I think Jones - Ruiz was a very good technical match to watch , far
better than a shot Holyfield getting slapped around by a fat Toney.

Johnson is a huge disappointment.  I look for him to be stopped by
Klit, perhaps early.

Agreed - Johnson's big chance against Ruiz was embarassing.  Although Ruiz
is a hard guy to fight because of the fouling and holding, Johnson seemed to
get easily frustrated.  He also seems to lack confidence in his own ability,
which will hurt him every time he steps into the ring for a big fight.

I would like to see him fight McCline, out of sheer perversity. Kirk
"Flashman" Johnson against Jameel "The Cowardly Lion" McCline - it has
a good ring to it.

My take on that fight:  Johnson did not have confidence in his own skills to
assume command of the fight.  But that essentially sums up why Johnson has not
become HW champ over the last 3-4 years.
