I think it is a very nice looking cue and one of the key features that
make it nice is precisely the bocote handle area. I have a cue by Mike
Webb (which I call my "not so sneaky sneaky") which has a bocote wrap
area. I get a great deal of positive reaction to that cue. What I
think could be considered a negative is the abrupt change from bocote
to maple without any transition. The Webb I spoke of before has bocote
points into a maple forearm which looks pretty nice. Even a
transitional ring would be better IMO. All in all though a nice cue.
