I just picked up Buddy Hall's tape on 9-ball position play.  He
demonstrates about 30 shots, and runs a few racks, explaining what shape
to play for, and what to do if you're off.  I found it very helpful.  My
poolhall has a vcr I can use, so I'm going to bring the tape there and
practice while I watch the tape again.  It comes from Accu-stats (Pat
Fleming's project) - sorry, I don't have an address or phone.

Grady Matthews also puts out a very good tape.  Avoid the tapes advertised
on television.  They suck.

Today is the first day of the rest of the week.

If you want to see PRO's play, ACCU-STATS have the best video's they are
entertaining and educational. I liked the BCA's How to Play Pool Right, and
Byrne Series of Video's. I really did not care for Minnesota Fat's Video (
for educational purposes ) I've seen a few others and I guess I'd call them
Average.

Both of The Monks books helped my 8-ball game, but you obviously may have
different weaknesses than I do.
