Earl's record broken!!

Earl Strickland's record million-dollar 11 racks of nine ball was
broken last night in Gulfport, Miss.!  Last night I was playing local
shortstop Biloxi Bob races to 7 for $50.  Bob broke and ran the 1st
rack, then broke & ran 3 more, snapped in the nine twice in a row, then
broke & ran the last game for the win.  I'd never seen anyone do that
before (especially against me), and by that time a small crowd of
sweaters had formed.  He won the toss for the 2nd set.  He broke & ran
the first rack!  Nobody could believe this!  He then snapped in the
nine, broke & ran, had a one-nine combo in the next rack; then snapped
in the nine AGAIN.  When he finally came up dry on the 6th break, I
came to the table for the first time, 0-5.  I eventually lost the set
2-7, but I was happy to lose the $100, just to witness this amazing
feat!

The crowd couldn't believe Bob's shooting!  The room owner got so
e***d that he phoned a friend of his at Billiards Digest, and they
apparently will be doing an article on the 12 continuous racks.  It
seems to me that the 12 racks was not only 1 better than Earl's, but
there were only 4 nine-balls on the snap, and only 1 combination!  I
guarantee you that you'll be hearing more about Biloxi Bob!!

The record breaking 12 racks is believable of Biloxi Bob, even on April 1,
but the part about YOU betting $50 of your own money in a race to 7 is
HYPERBOLE at its most extravagant level (let alone two sets).
