I have used Talismans almost exclusively for the last year---they are a very good tip and
can't be beat IMO.
If you want a good firm tip that will hold its shape, look no further. I might add that I
have installed close to 300 of them and have only had a few that had problems.
If you like a softer hitting tip, go with the instroke.

I've got Talisman mediums on my Predator and Cuetec shafts, and a Talisman
*** one of my Schuler Pros, and I love them.  Hold shape as well as
anything I've tried.

I used the two I rcvd in a free promotion, however I went back to using
Moori tips. I prefer the feel of the "hit" with the Moori's.

I received an assorted pack from Tony/Talisman a while back and installed a
medium layered water buffalo tip. I probably have 50+ hours playing time
with it and so far it's the best Talisman tip I've tried. I haven't really
been pleased with any of the other Talisman tips I've tried though.

Sheldon put a Talisman medium on my cue, I have had no mushrooming and it holds
its shape, I have not had to reshape it at all.

Just so I* know, which Talisman did you put on my cue <if you remember C=:-)>
I have an hard Instroke tip (11 layer), if I put that on, that is going to feel
softer than my Talisman?  Even though the Talisman is listed as Medium?

I've been using talisman tips for about a year.  I really like them.
They play nice, hold up well and the guys that sell them are great.

I think the meduims play more like a medium hard and the soft play
like a meduim.

You should give them a try

thx
