I once got one at 13.1 mm.
It was ordered as an 2nd quality shaft.
Kind of liked it - some more spine that the regular 314.

You might try contacting Seyberts, and ask if they will measure the tips on
their in stock shafts for you, and try to find a 13.  They measure the joint
width on them as a matter of routine.

In all of my reasearch I have never found a Predator to be 13mm. It's 12.75 mm
because it will make it more lighter in the front.  If you must have a 13mm
shaft. Maybe you should ask JT at WWW.SEYBERTS.COM and ask if they can be made
or email Predator to ask. I'm sure they will make you one if you ask nicely :)

You can have a Predator turned down, but I think 12.25 is the smallest you
can go without voiding the warranty.  I think it's covered in the FAQ on
Predator's site.

the reason for keeping the shaft size the same is to minimize deflection and
other maximize the gain from the design of the predator cue.

It is?  How so?  I'd guess the limitation is because there's only so
much room to turn the tip area down before you run into the insert.
