hi
I got my uni today it is so much fun I think im doing quit well I can
go very far on it:D . But how do you slow down/stop like for going down
curbs and stuff or just for stoping? :confused:

i hold on to the front of the seat. Then have the pedals at the 8 and 2
oclock positions. put your strongest foot on the 8oclock position pedal
put most of your weight on it, then step onto the 2oclock position and
start pedalling. it might take a while to get used to. good luck :)

just slow down your pedalling and it will slow dow. to stop just stop
pedalling.

He meant to say _5_o_clock_ not 8. Put your foot on the closest, bottom
pedal, in a 4/5 o clock position.

no i find it easier to have it at 8oclock, but the more common method
is 5oclock position

I suppose I got confused over which side you look at 8 o clock on. Do
you mean you put your foot on the pedal at the bottom and your side of
the axle?

If you don't... I think that's rather unorthodox.
