I saw this....guy in a bowler hat riding the unicycle along the road...but
the reason, I think, why he was pulled over was that he was riding the wrong
way against the traffic !!

He also has his hands in his pockets, now that's just lazy.

There was a debate here a while back about whether it was best to ride
with the traffic (like a bike) or against the traffic (like a
pedestrian). The majority seemed to think riding with the traffic was
best - but there are people around who'd rather ride against the
traffic.
